I like to think Tak is secretly crushing on Zim, but she has stronger feelings towards seeking revenge against him. Her crush gets expressed as anger because of it, added to the anger of wanting revenge, making her an overall pretty angry person. 

Since I adore symbolism only I can understand, I decided to draw some extra stuff at their feet to make the image more 'complete.' Closest to Tak is a blooming rose, symbolizing her interest in Zim is growing, though not yet 'ripe.' Closest to Zim is another rose with the petals broken up and the rose overall in ruins, symbolizing that he doesn't share Tak's feelings- the love isn't there. The roses are tied together with a string to symbolize bondage/a connection between the two roses.
